My body is sanctuary
My flattest yard

Do do do
Do do do do

You want me bad
I think your cool
Light up my charm

Do do do
Do do do do

Follow me
Don't be such a holy fool
Follow me
I need something more from you

It's not about
sex or champaine
You call it [...]

Do do do
Do do do do

If you want to meet me in electric chapel (chapel, chapel, chapel)
If you want to meet me at electric chapel (chapel, chapel, chapel)
If you want to steal my heart away
Leave it for me, baby, in a safe place
Come on meet me in electric chapel

Don't ask to me
Where have you been
Next to the bar

Do do do
Do do do do

Pray for your sin
Write after that
Caskets will fall

Do do do
Do do do do

Follow me
Don't be such a holy fool
Follow me
I need something sacred from you

Together we'll find a way
To make pure love work
In dirty way

If you want to meet me in electric chapel (chapel, chapel, chapel)
If you want to meet me at electric chapel (chapel, chapel, chapel)
If you want to steal my heart away
Leave it for me, baby, in a safe place
Come on meet me in electric chapel

Oh
Oh
Uh uh uh uh
Oh
Uh uh uh uh

Give me

If you want to meet me in electric chapel
Oh if you want to meet me at electric chapel
If you want to steal my heart away
Leave it for me, baby, in a safe place
Come on meet me in electric chapel

I'm gonna marry the night
I won't give up on my life
I'm a warrior queen
live passionetly tonight

I'm gonna marry the dark
gonna make love to the stock
I'm a soldier to my own emptiness
I'm a winner

I'm gonna marry the night
I'm gonna marry the night
I'm gonna marry the night

I'm gonna marry the night
I'm not gonna cry anymore
I'm gonna marry the night
leave nothing on the streets to explore

Marry the night
Marry the night
Marry the night

I'm gonna lace up my boots
throw on some leather and cruise
down the streets that I love
with my fishnet gloves
I'm a sinner

The I'll go down to the bar
I won't cry anymore
I'll hold my whisky up high
kiss the bartender twice
I'm a loser

I'm gonna marry the night
I'm gonna marry the night

I'm gonna marry the night
I'm not gonna cry anymore
I'm gonna marry the night
leave nothing on the streets to explore

Marry the night
Marry the night

Nothing is too cool
to take me from you
New York is not just a talent you never knew
love is the new denim of life
skeleton guns and wedding bells in the alley

I'll put holes in my heels
'cause that's where we'll make love

C'mon and run
turn around and run!

I'm gonna marry the night

I'm gonna marry the night
leave nothing on the streets to explore

Marry the night
Marry the night
Marry the night

I'm gonna marry
I'm gonna marry
I'm gonna marry
I'm gonna marry

C'mon, the night, the night
C'mon, the night, the night
C'mon, the night, the night
C'mon, the night, the night

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, oh
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, woah

Whenever I'm dressed cool,
My parents put up a fight.
(Uh huh, uh huh)
And if I'm a hot shot,
Mom will cut my hair at night.
(Uh huh, uh huh)
And in the morning,
I'm short of my identity.
(Uh huh, uh huh)
I scream Mom and Dad,
Why can't I be who I wanna be?
(Uh huh, uh huh) to be.

I just wanna be myself,
And I want you to love me for who I am.
I just wanna be myself,
And I want you to know, I am my hair.

I've had enough, this is my prayer,
That I'll die living just as free as my hair.
I've had enough, this is my prayer,
That I'll die living just as free as my hair.
I've had enough, I'm not a freak,
I'm just here trying to play cool on the streets
I've had enough, enough, enough,
And this is my prayer, I swear,
I'm as free as my hair.
I'm as free as my hair.
I am my hair.
I am my hair.

As free as my hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair,
Hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair.
As free as my hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair
Hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair.

Sometimes I waltz around,
Put on red highlights.
(Uh huh, uh huh)
Just because I want my friends,
To think I'm dynamite.
(Uh huh, uh huh)
And on Friday rocks in,
High school dance.
(Uh huh, uh huh)
I got my bangs too hot,
That I don't stand a chance.
(Uh huh, uh huh) a chance.

I just wanna be myself,
And I want you to love me for who I am.
I just wanna be myself,
And I want you to know, I am my hair.

I've had enough, this is my prayer,

That I'll die living just as free as my hair.
I've had enough, this is my prayer,
That I'll die living just as free as my hair.
I've had enough, I'm not a freak,
I'm just here trying to play cool on the streets
I've had enough, enough, enough,
And this is my prayer, I swear,
I'm as free as my hair.
I'm as free as my hair.
I am my hair.
I am my hair.

As free as my hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair,
Hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair.
As free as my hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair
Hair, hair, hair,
Hair, hair, ha-ha-ha-hair.
Ha-ha-ha-hair.

I just want to be free, I just want to be me
And I want lots of friends who invite me to their parties.
I don't wanna change, and I don't wanna be ashamed.
I'm the spirit of my Hair, it's all the glory that I bare.

I am my hair, I am my hair
I'm my hair, I am my hair
I am my hair, I am my hair
I am my hair, I am my hair
(It's all the glory that I bare)

I am my hair, I am my hair
It's all the glory that I bare
I am my hair, I am my hair
I'm my hair, yeah, yeah
(All the glory that I bare)
I'm my hair, yeah, yeah
(All the glory that I bare)
I'm my hair, yeah, yeah
(All the glory that I bare)
I'm my hair, yeah, yeah, yeah

I've had enough, this is my prayer,
That I'll die living just as free as my hair.
I've had enough, this is my prayer,
That I'll die living just as free as my hair.
I've had enough, I'm not a freak,
I'm just here trying to play cool on the streets
I've had enough, enough, enough,
And this is my prayer, I swear,
I'm as free as my hair.
I'm as free as my hair.
I am my hair.
I am my hair.

Ooh, my hair, my hair.
